Is Your Trademark fine


Trademarks, as you know is a way by which a firm or an individual can set up identity. But many firm owners don’t know that the name/logo or a symbol that we are going to use as our trademark is worth, legal and appropriate. As per lawsuit, followings are the things that should be in mind for registering a trademark.

It should not have duplicity:  It should be notified that once you are registering a trademark, you should do a trademark search, through which you can identify the trademarks that are able to conflict with your name, symbol or logo. It should be a word or a letter or just a device or anything else, or may be a picture. It should be the one that is related with the theme of the business though simple. Once should not opt for the design that are complex and makes customers or clients unable to understand. So it is better to make a trademark simple and theme oriented.

If you are using the trademark a word then it must be easy to speak. It must be in relation to the common men. If an agency which is related to science and bio then the trademark should not be the scientific or technical name that is not easy to speak. If you are using geographical names which are connected with the reputation for quality of goods for which registration is not accepted, though geographical indications has already been enacted in India. 

So from above information, you will follow these precautions while Trademark Registration. Trademark is you identity so it should be unique and meaningful.
